Water Truck Makes an Outdoor Hockey Rink in Calgary

Please note that we have our water truck parked for the winter of 2010/11, so we will not be flooding any rinks.

Below, the Naiad water truck is flooding a hockey rink. It required 6 days of flooding (25 hours total). This rink is located in Cranston. Cranston is a master planned community by Carma Developers LP in South East Calgary, Alberta Canada.

The hockey rink itself was approximately 17,000 square feet and about 45,000 gallons of water was applied!
