Repair Underground Sprinkler Systems

Naiad's experienced service team is available to help you with any of your repair needs. From leaking valves to adding new zones to installing a new timer, they can do it all. We do both residential and commercial irrigation systems. We can repair all types of systems (Hunter, Rain Bird, Toro, Orbit, etc.). Call us at 403-618-DROP (3767) or e-mail us to book your service appointment today. We bill out at $17.50/15 minutes ($70/hr), there is a minimum show-up charge of $60, plus parts and GST.

Winterization (fall blowouts) of Sprinkler Systems

Naiad's fall blow out system is designed for the ease of the customer. All you have to do is book a week and you don't even have to be there. We'll come back year-after-year so you won't have to think about winterizing your irrigation system again. You can choose a week for us to winterize your sprinkler system in 2013:

Week 1 = Sept. 23-27
Week 2 = Sept. 30-Oct. 4
Week 3 = Oct. 7-11
Week 4 = Oct. 15-19

• PLEASE NOTE: We do encourage clients to have their irrigation systems winterized prior to the Thanksgiving Day Long Weekend. That being said we did fall blowouts until mid-November last year, so we can book a fall blowout as late as you want

To keep things simple, you can just send us an email requesting a specific date after you have checked our underground sprinkler system winterization schedule., all of your contact info and let us know how many zones you have and we will take care of the rest. info@naiadirrigation.ca The other option is to call us at 403-618-3767. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm. We do return calls promptly.

We do accommodate scheduling requests for a specific time and date only on Saturdays only and there is a $30 plus GST surcharge for a request like this because we cannot be as efficient driving around our big city and surrounding areas. If this is something you are interested in do let our office know. Please be advised that we do not schedule appointments on the Thanksgiving Day Long Weekend. It is our hope that our staff can spend this time with their families.

Some clients request that we do service work at the time of the fall blowout. This is not in their best interest because you never know if your irrigation system will be damaged over the winter by a snow shovel or a car cutting across your lawn. The best time to have service work done is in the spring. This way you do not have to pay for a irrigation technician to come out twice. Lastly, our trucks are equipped for fall blowouts and they do not have many irrigation supplies in them.
